Ordering, Delivery & Returns

* You can buy products from us online. Soon after an order is placed, you will receive an E-mail confirmation for the transaction amount. This means your bank has authorised the transaction, but does not guarantee our acceptance of the order. If we accept your order, we will send you an email confirmation once the goods have been despatched.

* You will be responsible for any local taxes or duties in your own country. Prices quoted are inc. VAT, the UK value added tax (VAT) at 20% where applicable. VAT must be paid on all purchases within the European Union (EU). Sales to purchasers outside of the EU are not subject to the 20% VAT.

* Please note that VAT increased from 17.5% to 20% on the 4th January 2011 and our prices now reflect this change.

* All prices displayed on our website are in UK Sterling – British Pounds.

* All prices may be subject to change without notice.

* Once payments have been received, orders cannot be cancelled.

* In the event of a postal strike or severe weather conditions, deliveries might take longer than the stated timeframes.

* We are not liable for items stolen from mail boxes, if you suspect that your item has been stolen from your mailbox, it is your responsibility to report it to the post office or the necessary authorities.

* If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, you may return the goods to us in a re-saleable condition within 30 days for a full refund of the item or a replacement. Original delivery charges and return postage costs will NOT be refunded if your order is simply unwanted or unsuitable.

Privacy

* We want to assure you that your personal information will never leave the confines of our office. We collect the information you give lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

* We store your name, address, telephone number and E-mail address securely but we will not pass those details onto any third parties (unless directed by a legal authority).

* We ask for your E-mail address to let you know that your goods are on their way and we give you the option of accepting or declining an offer for our E-mail newsletter.

* You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.

* You will not receive junk E-mail, regular mail or unsolicited phone calls as a result of using our website.

* In particular, your telephone number will only be used as a last resort for order or delivery problems. Please be assured that you will never be telephoned for any sales or promotional reasons.

General

* These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights.

* When placing an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.

* We do our utmost to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are correct. However, we reserve the right to validate those prices before we process your order.

* We will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website, and can change those descriptions at any time. We will however do our utmost to correct any problems as soon as we become aware of them.

* We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or your inability to use our website.
